Patraeus and the Geneva Conventions

Democracy Now is reporting this morning on an interview General David Patraeus did on Friday with Fox News in which he claims that the United States has violated the Geneva Conventions on the treatment of prisoners and suggests that this has greatly undermined U.S. efforts to combat terrorism.
